Reflaxis --- Introduction ---

Reflaxis is an exercise of computation on the reflections of real euclidean spaces. A reflection is a symmetry of the space with respect to a hyperplane.

Let be a reflection of the space of dimension with respect to a hyperplane. This exercise can:

• either give the explicit description of the reflection and ask you to compute the equation of the axis of the reflection,

• or on the contrary give the axis of the reflection and ask you to compute the latter (matrix plus eventually the image of the origin in the affine case).
